- Reliable Operation: Diaphragm operated, relieving type regulator with pressure compensation by balanced poppet ensures consistent and reliable performance.
- Optimized Performance: Offers good flow and regulating characteristics, enhancing system efficiency and performance.
Precautions:
- Direction of Flow: Ensure correct direction of flow before installation to avoid operational issues.
- Piping Maintenance: Flush pipings to remove dirt, dust, rust, and other foreign particles for optimal performance.
- Clean Environment: Install in a clean atmosphere to prevent contamination and ensure longevity.
- Thread Usage: Use nipples of taper threads with Teflon tape, ensuring the tape doesn’t enter the unit during tightening. For straight threads (G), use sealing washers.
Pressure Setting:
- Pull the knob and adjust by turning clockwise to increase pressure.
- Push the knob back to its position.
- Turning the knob counterclockwise will reduce pressure, allowing for easy and precise pressure adjustments.
The Uflow Air Regulator combines precision engineering, durability, and ease of use, making it an essential component for maintaining optimal pressure control in compressed air systems across various industrial applications.`
