Design Features:

  • Streamlined shaped full flow way area body for smooth flow of the working fluid, minimizing pressure drop.
  • Bolted Body – Cover Joint for ease of maintenance.
  • Renewable 13% Cr. Stainless Steel Body Seat Ring and Disc/Weld deposit Disc Facing Ring with a difference in hardness of at least 50 HB.
  • S.S (AISI-304) Spiral Wound Asbestos filled Gasket for Body – Cover Joint.
  • Self-aligning fully guided Disc ensures proper seating on the Body Seat Ring.
  • Designed for tight shut off against reversal of fluid flow.

Certification:

  • IBR Test Certificate: Provided in FORM III-C, duly signed by the Director of Boilers, Punjab, for valves used on steam service.
  • For services other than steam, our own Works Test Certificate shall be issued.
