Design Highlights:

  • Unobstructed Flow: Designed with Parallel Slide Valve technology, ensuring unobstructed straight-through full-way flow area for efficient operation.
  • Spring Mechanism: Features a spring sandwiched between the two discs, keeping the faces in sliding contact to remove dirt or foreign matter from the contact faces under zero or low-pressure conditions.
  • Effective Closure: Achieves effective closure with upstream pressure forcing the disc face at the outlet end against its mating body seat.
  • Rack and Pinion Operation: The Rack and Pinion arrangement allows for full opening with just half a turn of the operating key, enhancing ease of use.
  • Safety Features: Includes a safety locking guard feature in the gland to prevent the removal of the box operating key unless the valve is closed.
  • Pinion Stop: Equipped with a pinion stop that limits rotary movement, eliminating straining of the tooth on the rack and pinion.

Certification: Comes with an IBR Test Certificate in FORM III-C, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
