Float and Board Level Gauges is a reliable and precise liquid level measuring system designed for non-pressurized storage tanks and vessels. This system employs a balanced counterweight mechanism along with an arrow-shaped pointer, facilitating a smooth and accurate indication process.

Suitable for a wide range of liquid applications with a specific gravity of ≥ 0.8, Float and Board level gauges excel in providing dependable measurements even in turbulent conditions. This stability is ensured through a guided rope assembly with an anchor, mitigating the effects of fluid movement within the tank.

  • Wide Range Tank Height: Guided (up to 20m), Non-Guided (up to 8m)
  • Float Dimensions: Ø 280mm × 80mm (constructed from SS 316 with a tested pressure of 2kg/cm²)
  • Specific Gravity Requirement: Suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of ≥ 0.8
  • Application Temperature Range: Capable of operating in temperatures up to 100°C
  • Adjustable Horizontal Pipe: Ranging from 500mm to 1000mm
  • Wetted Parts: Constructed from SS 316, ensuring compatibility with various liquid media
  • Weatherproof Scale Board: Manufactured from SS 304 and coated with pure polyester powder, mounted on aluminum for durability and weather resistance
