Usage Instructions:

  1. Cutting the Tube: Use a tube cutter (WC1) to cut the tube. Ensure the cut is burr-free and square. Do not use blunt tools, hacksaws, chisels, etc.
  2. Insertion into Fittings: Insert the tube fully into the fitting until it reaches the positive stop, beyond the ‘U’ seal.
  3. Checking Proper Insertion: Gently pull the tube by hand to ensure it is properly inserted. Note that polyurethane tubes will yield and come out if pulled heavily.
  4. Bend Radius: Maintain the minimum bend radius of the tubing to avoid leakage.
