Butterfly Valves with S.S. 304 Body and S.S. 304 Disc Lever Operated:

  1. End Connection:

    • The valve has a wafer end connection, which complies with the API 609 (CAT – A) standard. This means it is suitable for use in various applications where a wafer-style connection is required.
  2. Size:

    • The valve is available in sizes ranging from 1.1/2″ to 12″. This flexibility allows it to be used in different pipe systems.
  3. Pressure Range:

    • The valve can handle pressure ranges of PN10 and PN16. These pressure ratings indicate the maximum allowable pressure the valve can withstand.
  4. Leakage Class:

    • The valve is designed for 100% tightness even at fully differential pressure. This ensures minimal leakage during operation.
  5. Body Material:

    • The body material options include CF8 (cast stainless steel) and CF8M (cast stainless steel with higher corrosion resistance). These materials are commonly used in industrial applications.
  6. Disc Material:

    • The disc (or butterfly plate) can be made from CF8CF8M, or WCB (cast carbon steel). The choice of material depends on factors such as the fluid being handled and the operating conditions.
  7. Stem Material:

    • The stem (which connects the handle or actuator to the disc) can be made from SS410SS304, or SS316 stainless steel. Each material offers different mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
  8. Body Liner/Seat Material:

    • The valve’s liner or seat material options include NBREPDMVITONSILICONE, and PTFE. These materials provide sealing and prevent leakage between the disc and the body.
  9. Shaft Bearing Material:

    • The shaft bearing material is PTFE, which reduces friction and ensures smooth operation of the valve.
  10. Features:

    • Bi-directional zero leakage: The valve prevents leakage in both directions.
    • ISO Pad for mounting: Allows easy installation of gear operators or actuators.
    • Double D drive: Minimizes play between the stem and disc.
    • Accurate dual stem sealing: Ensures reliable sealing.
    • Mounting between flanges: Can be installed according to ASME standards.
    • 100% Tested: The valve undergoes testing with pneumatic and fluid (water) media.
    • Design Standard: Complies with ISO 5211, API 609, and ASME B16.5 150#.
    • Face to Face Dimension: Follows API 609 (CAT A) guidelines.
    • Operator Options: Can be operated manually using a hand lever or with a gear or actuator.

Butterfly Valves S.S. 304 Body S.S. 304 Disc Lever Operated is a versatile choice for various applications due to its robust construction, tight sealing, and compatibility with different materials.
