Installation Precautions

  • Flow Direction: Confirm the direction of air flow before installation and connect piping accordingly.
  • Pipe Cleanliness: Flush the piping to remove dirt, dust, rust, and other foreign particles.
  • Installation Environment: Install in a clean atmosphere to avoid contamination.
  • Thread Connection:
    • Use Teflon tape for taper-threaded connections (R), ensuring no tape enters the unit during tightening.
    • Use sealing washers for straight-threaded connections (G).
  • Polycarbonate Bowl Caution: Avoid exposure to synthetic oils, solvents, trichloroethylene, kerosene, or aromatic hydrocarbons, as these can damage polycarbonate bowls.

Pressure Adjustment Instructions

  1. Adjusting Pressure:
    • Pull the knob outward.
    • Turn clockwise to increase pressure or counterclockwise to decrease.
  2. Locking:
    • Push the knob back to lock at the desired pressure setting.
