These Cast Iron Double Post Safety Valves are designed to meet Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) standards, ensuring safety and compliance in steam applications. The seats are available in 13% Cr. Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 Gr.Fa / AISI – 410) or Monel (Ni.Cu. Alloy), while the stem is made of 13% Cr. Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 Gr.Fa / AISI – 410). Featuring an inlet flange to IBR Table – ‘F’, these safety valves are designed for robust performance in steam systems. With a maximum backflow operating pressure of 150 PSIG and a maximum working temperature of 220°C, they provide reliable overpressure protection. Each valve is equipped with an easing lever and a cover of adjusting screw and pad lock to prevent unauthorized alteration of the set pressure. Certified with an IBR Test Certificate, these safety valves meet regulatory standards for use in steam applications.
